About us

  • Brian…

was a regular contributor to the nflblog.com.  A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, he celebrated the Phillies’ World Series win by cavorting at the parade and crying at the ceremony. He is a high school English/journalism teacher and baseball coach in South Jersey and spends his free time bemoaning the idiocy of professional athletes, reliving past athletic glory, and vehemently making suggestions to better society, all of which fall on deaf ears.

  • Dave…

writes for the sports section of a local newspaper in the South Jersey, The Courier-Post.  He has played football his whole life, but has always wished he was better at either baseball or basketball. As far as allegiances go, he is well-balanced.  Dave is a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, the Philadelphia Phillies and Sixers, and just loves college sports in general.  He spends most of his time watching sports and struggling to wrap his brain around what goes on in modern-day athletics – specifically why he has not been made the GM/Coach of any professional sports team yet.

  • Sieck…

is his last name. First name, Brian. Primarily a hockey fan, Sieck lives and breathes the sport, but also likes to dip his knowledgeable toes into football, baseball, and mixed martial arts. He’s also an avid poker fan, but knows that’s technically not a sport regardless of what ESPN says. Sieck is a music and video business major who has been working as a writer for Movies Unlimited for 11 years. He spends most of his time consuming all things pop culture oriented and pining away for tangible and intangible things that are completely unattainable.
